CNC Profile Cutting Machine
ARSUN Engineers offers CNC Profile Cutting Machines with a choice of Oxy-fuel or Plasma Cutting Torch, using PC based Motion Controller Card & advanced CAD/CAM Software.
Construction
Machine construction comprises of rigid square/rectangular steel tubes frame with sheet metal enclosure and removable type sliding sud tray.
The Y axis consists of a precision linear motion guide way / block for added repeatability, while X axis is guided by precision industrial bearings sliding on ground steel rods/rails and traverse of whole assembly (gantry) is by precision rack & pinion mechanism for easy and accurate movement. The steel balls are calibrated to grip four hardened & ground ways with zero clearance. The work table and slat supports/brackets are made out of steel structure.
CNC Controller & Software
Advanced PCI slot based CNC Controller suitable for 3-axis of motion control, which supports 2-axis / 3-axis linear as well as circular interpolation, having digital I/Os for clock and direction.
The machine is supplied with versatile PC-based software having following features:

- Standard G-code / M-code support
- Supports post-processed output from other CAD/CAM Software
- DXF format support
- HPGL format support
- Supports pause and restart (cycle hold / cycle restart)

Industrial type rigid cabinet is provided to accommodate hardware peripherals devices i.e. CNC controller, color monitor, CPU, CD writer, key board, mouse etc. Peripherals are easily accessible for quick operation of the machine.
